Customer satisfaction is important to us.
We do not offer returns or refunds once the order is delivered.
Replacement is allowed only in the following cases:
* Product received is damaged
* Wrong product delivered
* Missing item in the package
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
If approved, a replacement product will be shipped. Refunds are not provided.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
